Acceptable filesize for the modpack

Base filesize is 100~ mb, everything past that is going to be meme music.

To give a reference: I was able to fit in about an hour and a half of audio into 50mb using genuine 2006 Youtube quality mono audio.

Something I need to look into is whether audio is streamed or cached in RAM (which would be idiotic)
