How it is, maybe with some fixes/QOL changes and some internal touchup.
Anger becomes a resource you can "burn" for refilling energy during a fight (including past 100%.) It refills upon seeing death, being beaten too much too quickly, admin intervention, and naturally over time. Death can "supercharge" anger for a power boost. Max anger can imitate this.
Anger is a thing of the past. Make "Death Anger" into gimmick only and everything else admeme flavor.
