This is the first I've heard of Josiegang but if she has a Twitch I'd advise using a robot moderator (All Twitch Streamers have access to them) But it still is helpful if you got human moderator's but still only hire people you can trust to be moderators on the channel.

The robot moderator helps allot but like I said it is always good to have human moderators but only hire trustworthy people because there's always that one person who abuses moderator powers.

And moderator abuse is not a good thing if you want people to keep visiting your channel. Moderator abuse always ruins the channel community.
